Anticipate and Eliminate Objections

Because PDR Technology is really not a necessity for some car owners, you will need to eliminate as many objections as you possibly can. Let’s face it, not everyone finds it important to drive a car that looks nice. Believe it or not, I have heard people say that the dents, rust, and cracked windshield builds character. They actually believe that they look cool. You and I both know that this is just not so. If you can tell that working with this person is going to be nothing but heartache, just don’t go there. These type will lead you on for hours. You can come up with every conceivable option and solution and they will still string you along. Let it go, just walk away.

One very intelligent way to overcome objections is to get yourself a merchant account so that you can take credit cards. Make it so your client can pay online from both their laptop and their mobile device. If they don’t want to use either of those then let them know that you can scan their card on your mobile attachment. Have these options available for everyone to use. If they still come up with excuses, and let’s face it, there are no more excuses, cut them loose. Again, you don’t have the time to play games with people. Each minute lost could be spent with someone who really desires your services.

There are some people that are simply incapable of saying no. You’ve got to learn to recognize this withing minutes of speaking with them. The final thought is your scheduling. Be sure to call the night before to remind them that you will be there at your appointed time the next day. Also, be careful about accommodating  schedules. Make the appointments within reasonable times, 3am is just not going to work for most.
